Aether Current provides luxury villa rental services in Malaysia, including:

• Villa booking and reservation management
• Concierge and guest services

• Customer support and assistance

3. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

To make a reservation, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have legal authority to make the booking
• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Pay the required deposit and fees

Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after we receive payment and send you a written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Pricing and Fees

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional fees may apply for:

• Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy
• Late check-in or early check-in requests
• Special services and amenities
• Damage deposits (refundable upon inspection)

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• 50% deposit required at booking confirmation
• Remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
• Security deposit required for all bookings
• Additional services charged separately

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guest Cancellations

• 60+ days before check-in: Full refund minus 10% service fee
• 30-59 days before check-in: 50% refund
• 14-29 days before check-in: 25% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation.

6. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the property and its contents with respect
• Comply with house rules and property guidelines
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy limits
• Respect neighbors and local communities
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Comply with Malaysian laws and regulations
• Provide accurate identification upon request

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting events without prior written approval
• Smoking in non-designated areas
• Bringing pets without authorization
• Subletting or transferring bookings
• Using the property for commercial purposes
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Causing disturbances or nuisances

8. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Aether Current's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss of personal property
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party services or activities

Guest Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

9. Property Standards and Maintenance

We strive to maintain our properties to the highest standards. However:

• Minor maintenance issues may occur and will be addressed promptly
• We reserve the right to relocate guests if major issues arise
• Property amenities are subject to availability and seasonal variations
• We are not responsible for utility outages or service disruptions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Aether Current or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If needed, we may engage in mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability
